Unfortunately the developers were not very smart. I think what he means is 'Is it fucking useless since it's missing files that almost every fucking program uses'. The answer is yes ;-)
Try this one... it's a KS3.1.4 for A500/A500+/A2000/A600, but as a 1MB ROM with the missing files included in the ROM.
Burn this to a 27C800, plug it in and you can then play any game that tries to load workbench or icons and it will actually work instead of failing and showing a dialog asking for a floppy disk with the missing files on it. Great work devs!!
Note on A500/A2000 you have to add one wire from pin 47 of the 68000 to pin 1 of the ROM. That is the extra address line required to access the 2nd 512k ROM bank. The conversion info is here http://members.iinet.net.au/~davem2/overclock/A2000Kickstart.html
